Return and Exchange Policy
Overview
Our return and exchange policy lasts 24 hours from delivery. If 24 hours have passed since the item was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, i.e., it must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return and Exchanges
We only replace items for concerns related to the following:
- Sizing related issues;
- Items found to be faulty or defective at time of delivery
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to inform us of the exchange request. You can reach out to us via WhatsApp or by replying to the order confirmation email. Please note that a service charge of AED 25 is to be paid by the costumer, in case of sizing related exchanges.
The following options are available for exchange:
- You can exchange for the same item of a different size or color, if it is available in stock;
- Alternatively, you can exchange for a different item of the same value or higher. If the value of the new item is higher, you will have to pay the difference.
- We do not offer refunds.
Previously Returned Items:
Only one exchange is possible for an order. If an item has been exchanged once, the replacement item is not eligible for exchange.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items and items on other promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.
